Join us for our Spring Fling Outdoor Market on Saturday, March 23rd and April 20th from 10-3pm to enjoy great shopping experience from 80 local vendors and lots of fresh country air. We will have a variety of vendors with an assortment of items: jewelry, home decor, bath and body products, clothes, food products, and more!

In addition to shopping, guests can enjoy our playground, tire swings, fresh apple cider slushies, hot donuts, ice cream, live music, catch and release fishing, and more!

Join us for an egg-citing day at the Orchard as we host our 3rd annual Easter Day Community Event in collaboration with the Ramseur/Eastern Randolph Chamber of Commerce! Gather the whole family and hop on down on Easter Sunday, March 31st from 1-4pm for a fun-filled afternoon of activities:

• Easter Egg Hunt by Age Group (Starting at 1:30pm - one group at a time)

  • Our egg hunt is tailored for different age groups (0-3 years old - 1:30pm, 4-7 years old - 2pm, 8-12 years old - 2:30pm)

• Easter Bunny Visits

• Spring Hayrides

• Catch & Release Fishing

• Lawn Games

• Easter Egg Decorating Contest (Entries must be presented by 1:30pm on March 31st)

  • Entry Requirements:

    • Participants may use real hard-boiled eggs only. Decoration materials may include (but not limited to) paints, markers, dyes, stickers, embellishments, fabrics or any other crafting materials.

    • Participants should be creative and original in their designs.

    • Submission Deadline: All entries must be presented by 1:30pm on Sunday, March 31.

    • Judging will begin at 2:30pm with winners announced at 3pm

    • Prizes: 1st place: $50 MCO Gift Card | 2nd place: Easter Goodie Basket | 3rd place: Orchard Slushie Logo Cup

This Labor Day Weekend, we've partnered with Barn Quilts by Lindsey to host our first barn quilt painting class at the Orchard, and we are so excited!! Join us for this step-by-step course where you'll design a beautiful sunflower themed barn quilt, and to make your experience a little sweeter, we'll treat all participants to an apple cider slushie and donut sampling during class. Every participant will leave with a beautiful barn quilt ready to hang and be admired for years to come. We can't wait to welcome our friends from Liberty Acres Animal Haven & Equine Rescue to the Orchard this Sunday, September 3rd (1:30pm-3:30pm) for an extra special visit. Round up your friends, kiddos, and fellow animal-lovers and stop by their area (behind the Apple Barn) to visit with their exotic, scaly or furry animals, take photos and learn about their organization. The best part is that it's FREE to visit! No registration required.

This summer, we're on the mission to find the best talent in North Carolina, and we had dozens of talented individuals join our competition. We've narrowed it down to 10, and it’s time to see who will be named as the top talent. Singers, dancers, instrumentalists – join us on August 5th at noon to cheer these incredibly talented individuals on as they perform live at the Orchard.

These July summer temperatures scream fresh cold watermelon, and we're celebrating their harvest with a day dedicated to all things watermelon! Join us on Saturday, July 29th from 10am-1pm to enjoy free watermelon slices, watermelon slushies, photo opportunities with Vinny the '66 Chevy, watermelon themed products and a sprinkler zone to keep you cool.

**CANCELED: Vinny the ‘66 Chevy had to cancel this Saturday for Watermelon Day due to a mechanical problem. We are very sorry for any disappointment and inconvenience.

Join us on July 15th as we welcome the Randolph County Bee Keepers Association to the Market to help us celebrate and learn about our friends, the bees! During this free interactive and educational experience, their group will provide demos using their live hive and beekeeping equipment along with sharing fresh honey tastings. As a bonus, we’ll also be offering honeybee coloring sheets, storytime (12pm) and stickers.

Summertime means fresh tomatoes and we're celebrating the tomato harvest at the Eastern Randolph Farmers Market (located at the Orchard) on Saturday, July 8th with all things tomato! Guests can sample a variety of freshly grown tomatoes, purchase a fresh tomato sandwich, load up on locally grown tomatoes and explore an assortment of other tasty tomato products.

In addition to Tomato Day, we'll be welcoming local musician, Chris Bonelli, cooking fresh peach donuts, serving fresh-pressed apple cider slushies and local ice cream, and hosting almost a dozen local vendors with fresh breads, meats, baked goods, homemade crafts and more.

July is all about peaches, and we are celebrating the peach harvest with Peach Days of Summer on Saturday, July 1st! Join us to enjoy Fresh Pre-Picked Peaches, Peach Ice Cream, Peach Slushies, Peach Donuts, Peach Floats, Peach Canned Goods & More Peachy Treats!

Join us on Saturday, July 1st at 11am for a free educational and delicious class taught by our friend, Sophie at the Randolph County Cooperative Extension Office! She'll be teaching guests how to make fresh blackberry freezer jam with fresh-picked berries from Millstone Creek Orchards and everyone will take home a small sample to enjoy later.
